I love all the products. I ordered 5 bedsheets and all are super pretty and soft
I ordered a single duvet set with a white fitted sheet in size single but got a double bed sheet and when addressed, they decided to accomodate as per their own convenience having the customer go through the hassle. And when I put forward a demand for compensation they stopped replying. I asked them to send a fitted sheet my way, I'll pay for it but at a discounted price because I cannot go through the inconvenience on sending back the wrong item that I got and since the mistake was from their end, it should be them putting efforts to compensate rather than ghosting the customer.
As much as I love their designs, I'm extremely disappointed by their customer service.
