Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as delivered.
Exchanges are applicable only under the following circumstances:• You have received a defective item
• You have received an incorrect product
To initiate an exchange, customers are required to share their order number along with clear images and an unboxing video of the product as proof.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. If the issue is due to our error, LinenLoft will cover the exchange courier charges. Otherwise, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. -
